The successful candidate will engage with property owners and prospective clients, deliver high-quality customer support, present the company’s services, and arrange qualified appointments for Property Management Agents in Canada.

Responsibilities

Manage both incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
Engage prospective clients while delivering professional customer support.
Source leads, assess their suitability, and follow up with them.
Present and market Qterra’s property-management services.
Recognize client requirements and develop fresh business opportunities.
Schedule qualified appointments for Property Management Agents in Canada.
Develop solid client connections and keep CRM records accurate.
Contribute toward personal and team sales goals.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Confidence and ease when speaking by phone.
A friendly, motivated attitude with a focus on results.
Strong customer-service and relationship-development skills.
Previous sales or customer-service experience is considered an advantage.
Ability to work comfortably with CRM systems.
