Pro Cars brings vehicles from the USA and Canada to clients in Albania as well as other European markets.
We aim to ensure that purchasing a vehicle is easy, clear, and safe. Beyond vehicle sales, we guide clients toward an appropriate choice and support them confidently through each stage of the purchase.
Our Albania team is seeking a driven, client-oriented Automotive Sales Manager. This opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys engaging with people, has an interest in automobiles, and wants their performance to have a direct effect on earnings.

Monday through Friday, 10:00–19:00
This is an office-based role located in Albania.
Duties
Key responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and available budget.
- Guide customers toward the best-fitting vehicle from the USA or Canada.
- Introduce the available choices and explain vehicle specifications, history, condition, cost, and purchasing procedure in a clear manner.
- Hold meetings with customers and lead sales discussions.
- Locate vehicles and assess offers through international car-auction platforms, including Copart and IAAI.
- Accompany customers during the full sales journey while building professional, lasting relationships.
- Pursue both personal and team sales objectives.
Qualifications
Candidate profile
- Prior background in sales, customer support, or another customer-facing position.
- At least intermediate English proficiency, since internal communication is conducted in English.
- A real enthusiasm for vehicles and readiness to expand knowledge of the automotive market.
- Excellent abilities in communication, presenting, and negotiating.
- A proactive, accountable mindset focused on achieving results.
- Strong organizational ability and careful attention to details.
