Pompay Group LLC is a U.S. based firm serving U.S. based start-ups and small businesses through accounting services and cash cycle management. The firm is recruiting a highly skilled Client Accounting Manager for its Albania office.

Our team seeks a dependable, well-organized Accounting Specialist with a meticulous approach to work. This person will keep financial records accurate, handle everyday accounting transactions, and assist with our client’s financial reporting.

The role calls for someone at ease with numbers who works carefully and handles financial information accurately and confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Keep bookkeeping accounts and financial records accurate and current.
• Enter day-to-day financial transactions, covering sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Oversee both accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Produce invoices and handle their processing.
• Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
• Keep invoices, receipts, contracts, and other financial documents systematically organized.
• Provide payroll bookkeeping and expense-reporting support as needed.
• Detect inconsistencies or discrepancies in financial records and address them without delay.
• Keep financial records in line with relevant accounting standards and the company’s procedures.
• Protect company and financial information with strict confidentiality.
• Carry out additional accounting and administrative assignments as directed.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• A preferred minimum of 1-2 years of financial accounting experience, supported by a solid grasp of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient use of Excel; practical experience with an accounting platform is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a careful eye for detail.
• Well-developed numerical and analytical skills.
• Capacity to handle several tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to operate independently and contribute effectively to the broader team.
• A strong commitment to integrity and discretion when working with confidential financial information.
