Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to develop creative concepts and visual strategies across a wide range of campaigns and brands.
• Lead the visual development of projects from concept through final execution, ensuring the highest creative standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and inspire the design team, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the creative process.
• Coordinate designers' workloads and monitor project progress to ensure deadlines and quality expectations are met.
• Review creative work before client presentation, ensuring consistency, attention to detail, and brand alignment.
• Translate strategic briefs into compelling visual ideas and effective design solutions.
• Foster collaboration between copywriters, designers, motion designers, social media managers, and production teams.
• Present creative concepts internally and contribute to client presentations when required.
• Stay informed about design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
• Help build and maintain an efficient creative workflow while encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
• Actively explore and integrate AI-powered creative tools (such as generative design, image/video generation, and AI-assisted workflows) to enhance ideation, speed, and production quality, while ensuring outputs remain aligned with brand and creative standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in an advertising, branding, or creative agency.
