• Continuously monitor cost per lead, conversion, and ROI — scale what works and stop what doesn’t.

Email & Outbound Lead Generation

• Build automated, targeted email outreach campaigns based on ICPs, look-alike companies, events, and other relevant sources.
• Create personalized, multi-step campaigns with continuous A/B testing.
• Use AI for prospect research, personalization, lead scoring, testing, and campaign optimization.

Account-Based Marketing & Sales Support

• Support Sales with AI-driven research, account intelligence, presentations, offers, and tailored marketing materials.

• Has 3+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in a senior B2B digital marketing, demand-generation, or lead-generation role
• Has proven experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, and lead generation, ideally in an international environment
• Is highly AI-savvy and actively uses AI tools, agents, and automation to improve marketing performance
• Has a strong commercial and results-driven mindset
• Has hands-on experience with digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, LinkedIn, paid advertising, and email/outbound campaigns
• Understands how to build and optimize a full marketing funnel
• Is comfortable working with marketing analytics and KPIs, including conversion rates, cost per lead, campaign ROI, and pipeline contribution
• Can create and coordinate high-quality B2B content, including case studies, articles, customer stories, and thought-leadership materials
• Has experience with A/B testing, personalization, lead scoring, and campaign optimization
• Is proactive and curious, continuously exploring new channels, AI tools, and automation opportunities
• Can work closely with Sales on research, target accounts, presentations, and tailored campaigns
• Can work independently, take ownership, and turn ideas into measurable results
• Has strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Is comfortable working on a self-employed / independent contractor basis
