Overview
We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Customer Service Agent who puts customers first. The successful candidate will communicate exceptionally well, take a solution-focused approach, and be dedicated to delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers by phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Deliver timely, accurate information about the company’s services.
- Address customer questions, requests, complaints, and problems efficiently and professionally.
- Support customers throughout their use of the service, offering suitable solutions whenever difficulties occur.
- Work with drivers and other internal teams to resolve customer requests and operational problems effectively.
- Use the company’s systems to log, track, and follow up on customer requests.
- Help uphold high customer service standards and maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A completed university degree or ongoing university studies would be an advantage.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional approach to difficult situations.
- A dependable, responsible, and organized approach to work.
- The capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A good command of English, solid computer skills, and confidence working with digital platforms.
- Experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or a comparable role would be an advantage.
