Role Description

The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project schedules and resources, managing contractors and subcontractors, monitoring progress on-site, and resolving operational issues. The Construction Project Manager will prepare and track project budgets, review technical documentation, and collaborate with architects, engineers, suppliers, and clients to maintain clear communication and alignment on project goals. The role also involves conducting site inspections, enforcing health and safety regulations, and preparing regular status reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Construction Project Management and Construction Management to oversee project execution and site operations.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management and Project Coordination to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess skills in Budgeting to plan, monitor, and optimize project costs.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience managing construction projects, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure works.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams on-site.
• Proficiency in project management software and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, scheduling tools).
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Tirana and adapt to changing project demands.
