Local governance in Kosovo is entering a new planning cycle, and as International Expert you'll lead the process. You'll support the Ministry of Local Government Administration (MLGA) in drafting the Local Self-Government Strategy 2027–2031 through a participatory, evidence-based and results-oriented process.
You'll start with a desk review of the current strategy, then run stakeholder consultations, prepare the advanced draft, and facilitate a validation workshop before finalizing the document. Throughout, you'll work closely with a local expert, the MLGA Working Group and the OSCE Activity Manager, bringing international good practice together with the local context.
