The role centres on active outbound sales and requires confidence in making a substantial number of cold calls every day.

Key Duties

• Contact prospective international clients through 25–50 cold calls per day.
• Discover and pursue new business prospects using cold calls and cold emails.
• Develop qualified leads and arrange sales meetings.
• Establish connections with decision-makers and turn prospective customers into paying clients.
• Introduce ORA1’s services, negotiate proposals, and secure deals.
• Follow up regularly with prospective clients while sustaining lasting customer relationships.
• Oversee your sales pipeline and keep CRM information accurate.
• Achieve sales goals on a weekly and monthly basis.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in B2B sales.
• A successful track record of cold calling, generating leads, and securing deals.
• Readiness to make 25–50 cold calls each day.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities in English.
• Confidence, persuasiveness, persistence, and a commercial outlook.
• Prior experience selling services to international clients will be a significant advantage.
• The ability to manage rejection, address objections, and maintain consistent follow-up.
• A proactive approach centred on delivering measurable outcomes.
