A US-based company is looking for an experienced Amazon Account Specialist for a fully remote role. The position is suited to a detail-focused professional with verified experience in administering Amazon Seller Central accounts and improving account results.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 15:00 – 23:00 (Kosovo time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Prepare, enhance, and revise product listings.
• Track account health and make sure all activity follows Amazon policies.
• Perform keyword research and apply strategies that improve listing performance.
• Control inventory status and coordinate stock updates.
• Handle account-related problems, cases, and performance alerts.
• Review sales results and spot opportunities for further growth.
• Assist with price changes, promotional activities, and Amazon advertising efforts when required.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated background in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Solid knowledge of Amazon policies, account health indicators, and listing optimization.
• Experience in keyword research and strategies for improving product ranking.
• Very good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of accuracy and the capacity to work independently.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Fluent English in both written and spoken form.
