Role Description
The Salesforce Technical Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana, Albania. This role is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with client business processes and strategic objectives. Day-to-day activities include gathering and analysing requirements, translating them into scalable technical designs, and performing customisations using Salesforce configuration and, where needed, development tools. The consultant will provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, optimise system performance, and ensure data integrity across integrated platforms. The role also involves collaborating closely with consulting teams and clients to deliver best-practice solutions, preparing documentation, training end users, and contributing to continuous improvement of OFive Global’s delivery capabilities.
