ODM Collections Albania is expanding its team and is looking for a motivated and communicative Call Center Operator to join our office in Tirana.

Main responsibilities:

• Contact clients/debtors by phone and provide clear information regarding outstanding obligations
• Negotiate and follow up on payment arrangements
• Maintain accurate records of calls, agreements and follow-up actions in the company system
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
• Work closely with the team to achieve individual and company targets

What we are looking for:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional and responsible attitude
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good computer skills
• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, collections or a similar position is an advantage
