HR & Payroll Administrator - Swiss Payroll

Are you a detail-oriented HR and Payroll professional with a passion for accuracy and a knack for Swiss payroll? We are looking for a dedicated HR & Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic Administration team in Prishtina and contribute to our ongoing success. This full-time, 100% role offers a fantastic opportunity to enhance our existing team, ensuring smooth and efficient payroll operations for our valued employees.

Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll for our Swiss entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Swiss labour law and social security regulations.
- Administer HR-related data, including new hires, leavers, and changes to employee records.
- Manage employee attendance and absence records (holidays, sickness, etc.).
- Prepare and submit declarations to social insurance institutions (AHV, UVG, BVG, KTG, etc.).
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll and basic HR queries.
- Assist with HR administration tasks, including the creation of work certificates and various correspondence.
- Support year-end payroll activities and audits.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all HR and payroll information.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR and payroll administration, specifically with Swiss payroll (knowledge of Swiss labour law and social security contributions is essential).
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using payroll software and HR information systems.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills in English (C1 level required) and a basic understanding of German (A2 level required) for administrative communication.
- Respect for confidentiality and data protection.
