Role Description

This is a full-time (7h/6d) on-site Sales Assistant role based in Tirana, Albania. The Sales Assistant supports daily store operations by welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the product selection process. Responsibilities include presenting merchandise, providing product information, processing transactions, and ensuring an organized, visually appealing sales floor. The role also involves handling inquiries, maintaining inventory displays, supporting merchandising activities, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills, to build rapport and support a high-quality client experience.
• Effective Communication abilities to explain product features, respond to client questions, and collaborate with team members.
• Sales skills to identify client needs, recommend suitable products, and contribute to achieving individual and store sales goals.
• Organization Skills to manage multiple client requests, maintain tidy displays, and support daily store operations.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury sales is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise safely.
• Professional appearance, reliability, and a respectful approach to working with diverse clients and colleagues.
• Basic proficiency in POS systems and comfort with learning new retail technologies; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
