Newway Trucking & Logistics is seeking a reliable, responsible individual who is available to work overnight as an After Hours / Dispatch employee.

Location: Prishtinë – Qendër

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 23:00 – 07:00

U.S. Market Operations

Night shift

Key responsibilities:

• Manage dispatch activities outside standard business hours.
• Stay in contact with drivers and clients.
• Track and organize loads.
• Resolve issues and emergencies arising after hours.
• Maintain uninterrupted communication and operations during the night.
• Provide precise updates without delay.

Qualifications:

• Effective English communication abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• A dependable and accountable approach to work.
• Willingness to work overnight hours.
• Prior dispatch or trucking experience is considered an advantage.
• Capacity to work independently throughout the night shift.
