The company seeks an experienced Graphic Designer & Customer Service Coordinator for its expanding team. This diverse position brings together graphic-design duties, customer communication and order assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify client artwork for print production.
• Produce polished paper-cup designs and digital mock-ups.
• Revise artwork and coordinate customer approvals.
• Respond to customer queries by phone, email and WhatsApp.
• Support customers with products, prices, artwork and orders.
• Coordinate with the production team to make sure orders are handled correctly.
• Deliver a responsive and professional customer experience.

Requirements

• Prior experience in graphic design.
• Skilled use of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Outstanding written and spoken communication abilities.
• Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail.
• Confidence and professionalism in customer interactions.
• Experience in printing or packaging is an advantage, though not required.
