Working Closely With the Founder

A major part of this role is working directly with the Founder & Creative Director. You will participate in:

• Business and operational planning
• New projects
• Brand development
• International expansion
• Events
• Process improvements
• Special projects
• Strategic initiatives

You will have the opportunity to see how decisions are made and how a fashion brand develops from both a creative and business perspective.

• Has a genuine interest in fashion, luxury and premium brands
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Takes responsibility and follows tasks through to completion
• Is proactive and does not wait to be told every step
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
• Has strong problem-solving skills
• Is willing to learn different areas of the business
• Has good computer and organizational skills
• Speaks and writes English professionally
• Has a strong interest in building a long-term career with MR.REX

Experience
Previous experience in fashion, retail, hospitality, luxury, business operations or customer experience is an advantage, but not mandatory. We are more interested in your attitude, ambition, discipline and willingness to learn than in having the perfect CV.
