As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious and highly organized Operations & Business Manager to help streamline our operations, improve business performance, and support the next stage of our growth.
About the Role
This is a key position within the company. As our Operations & Business Manager, you'll oversee the daily business operations while helping build efficient systems and processes that enable sustainable growth.
Working closely with management, tailoring, design, and sales teams, you'll ensure our operations run smoothly, projects stay on track, and every customer receives the premium experience MrRex Fashion is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the company's daily operations.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
- Supervise customer order processing and production timelines.
- Coordinate workflows between tailoring, design, and sales teams.
- Improve operational processes and implement efficient systems.
- Support business planning and resource allocation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports.
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and operational planning.
- Manage staff scheduling and operational priorities.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and maintain the highest quality standards.
- Experience in fashion, retail, or luxury customer service is highly appreciated.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and operational management skills.

- Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using spreadsheets and productivity tools.

- Proactive problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, luxury, hospitality, or a service-oriented business is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in Albanian and a good command of English.
