Role Description
The Salesperson role is a full-time, on-site position based in Prizren across MoniBau’s sales locations. The Salesperson will greet and assist customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products from MoniBau’s range of construction materials, electrical supplies, sanitary products, household goods, garden décor, and work tools. Daily responsibilities include providing product information, preparing quotations, processing orders and payments, and ensuring accurate documentation and pricing. The role involves maintaining clean and well-organized displays, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to fulfill customer orders efficiently. The Salesperson will also build long-term customer relationships, follow up on inquiries, and contribute to sales targets while upholding MoniBau’s service standards and business ethics.
