About the job
We're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team and support a U.S. CPA firm.
If you have experience with QuickBooks Online, enjoy working with numbers, and are looking for a role where accuracy and reliability matter, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
• Managing day-to-day bookkeeping for U.S.-based clients
• Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
• Handling accounts payable and receivable
• Assisting with month-end close and financial reporting
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong understanding of U.S. accounting principles (Bonus)
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Location: Prishtinë (Hybrid)
Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Negotiable)
