Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Specialist role based in Pristina. The Procurement Specialist will manage end-to-end procurement activities, including preparing and processing purchase orders, coordinating with internal stakeholders to define requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The role involves identifying and evaluating suppliers, maintaining supplier records, and supporting competitive bidding processes for projects related to infrastructure and green energy. The Procurement Specialist will negotiate contracts and commercial terms, monitor supplier performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Daily tasks also include analyzing procurement data, optimizing costs, preparing reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of procurement procedures.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Procurement skills, including experience with sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management.
• Candidates should possess skills in managing Purchase Orders, including preparation, tracking, and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Candidates should possess Supplier Evaluation skills to assess supplier reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation skills to secure favorable commercial and legal terms.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, optimize costs, and support decision-making.
• Relevant experience in procurement within energy, infrastructure, or public sector projects is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Proficiency in standard office software and familiarity with procurement or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English; knowledge of local languages is an asset.
