Position Summary

Our F&B Service Experts are skilled in a wide range of event functions and able to take the initiative to make sure that guests' experience is well taken care of from start to finish. Whether setting tables and event materials, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, or cleaning work areas and supplies, the F&B Service Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

Responsibilities:

• Follow all company, safety and security policies and procedures
• Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager; complete safety training and certifications
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
• Speak with others using clear and professional language
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships; support the team to reach common goals
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Related work experience: at least 1 year
• Supervisory experience: none required
• License or certification: none
