The Customer Service Representative will be assisting customers by solving business related problems and giving the most appropriate solution in a quick and timely manner
The ideal candidate loves talking to people, proactively solving issues and is interested in technology.
The position requires coverage of the US Time zone!
Responsibilities
- Handling client inquiries and requests via phone and email
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained across all areas
- Treat customers with respect, following the company policies and procedures, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the solution/answer provided;
- Providing excellent and efficient service to all clients in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate internally with other departments, following up on pending issues related to customer’s requests
- Handle complaints and issues where is appropriate
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English (C1) is a must – both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Good multitasking, prioritization and organizational skills
- Good attention to details
- Demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience would be considered an advantage
