On behalf of our client, a growing international business solutions company that supports global organizations in building and developing dedicated professional teams in Kosovo, we are seeking a German-speaking Hiring Manager to join a specialized recruitment team based in Prishtina.

In this role, you will support the recruitment activities of an international client operating within the aerospace industry, with a strong focus on identifying and engaging qualified professionals for a range of specialized positions.

The position is particularly focused on Active Sourcing and Talent Acquisition, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys direct candidate engagement, recruitment research, and building strong talent pipelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Conduct active sourcing through LinkedIn and other relevant recruitment channels.
• Research and identify suitable candidates for specialized vacancies.
• Proactively approach and engage potential candidates.
• Conduct initial screening conversations and assess candidates against position requirements.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Guide candidates through the initial stages of the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews and subsequent recruitment steps.
• Work closely with recruitment teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure an efficient hiring process.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update recruitment activities within the relevant systems and tools.
• Support a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What You Bring

• German language skills at C1 level or above are required.
• Good English language skills for daily communication and collaboration.
• Previous experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Active Sourcing, or Human Resources is considered a strong advantage.
• Candidates with relevant experience in another communication-intensive or people-focused environment may also be considered.
• Strong interest in direct candidate communication and relationship building.
• Confidence in proactively approaching potential candidates.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner.
• Comfortable working with recruitment platforms, digital tools, and candidate databases.
