Role Description

Based in Tirana at the creative agency MANIA Advertising / MANIACARD.

The Senior Graphic Designer will develop and execute visual concepts for advertising campaigns, marketing materials, and digital assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and client objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating creative and effective visual solutions.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to create distinct, cohesive brand identities across channels.
• Solid understanding of Typography, including hierarchy, readability, and stylistic choices that support brand messaging.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools).
• Proven experience in advertising, marketing, or agency environments, preferably in a senior or lead designer role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Relevant education in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
