The position
NEXTEP HR, a recruitment agency, is seeking a Payroll Manager (M/F) for a well-established and dynamic accounting firm located in Arras.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a multi-collective agreement portfolio;
- Preparing and issuing payslips;
- Data verification (configuration, DSN);
- Preparing social security declarations and liaising with social security organizations;
- Personnel administration (drafting employment contracts, amendments, negotiated terminations, dismissals);
- Communication, information, and legal advice on employment law.
