Job Description:

As a junior recruiter at Larry Paulson Recruitment you will primarily be occupied with searching for the right candidate on professional social networks such as LinkedIn and postings on job boards. For this position, we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, always up for a challenge and has a winners attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Searching for candidates on professional social networks (e.g., LinkedIn)
• Searching and screening postings on job boards

We are looking for someone:

• With proficient written and oral communication skills in English
• No need to have prior recruiting experience
• That loves social interactions
• Who is instristincly motivated and is always up for a challenge/target driven
• Who is ok with working during US office hours (Mon-Thu 14h-22h, Fri 12h-20h Prishtina time)
