LMC is searching for a Staff/Senior Audit Associate in our Tirana, Albania office. We seek an energetic, self-motivated professional with a genuine desire to embrace this challenging career opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment while taking on a variety of assignments. What You’ll Do:

• You will have the opportunity to work on audits, reviews, and compilations under close supervision.
• Prepare thorough and accurate audit documentation in accordance with accounting, audit, and firm standards.
• Research and analyze financial statements and audit-related issues.
• Assist supervisors and managers with multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Identify accounting issues and perform research to solve these issues.
• Demonstrate professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degrees with a major in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or similar fields
• 1-5 years of audit and accounting experience (depending on the position applying for)
• A thorough understanding of accounting and audit principles
• Must be proficient in English and have outstanding communication skills, both spoken and written
• Proficient with business software tools, such as Microsoft Office Applications and others.
• Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven, time-sensitive environment
• Must be a team player
• Quick learner in a fast-paced environment
