Role Description
This full-time Inxhinier Strukturist/Gjeoteknik/Transport role is based in Tirana and structured as a hybrid position, combining on-site work with some flexibility to work from home. Day-to-day tasks include designing and reviewing structural, geotechnical, or transport engineering solutions, preparing technical reports and drawings, and supporting feasibility studies and project proposals. The role involves analyzing site data, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that designs comply with local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability objectives. The engineer will participate in project meetings, communicate with stakeholders, and support the planning and optimization of transport or infrastructure systems. Ongoing responsibilities also include monitoring project progress, contributing to risk assessments, and proposing improvements to operations and design processes.
