Role Description

The Albania Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract role focused on launching and growing Lingua Learn’s presence in the Albanian market. Day-to-day tasks include managing local marketing and outreach, building relationships with individual and corporate clients, and overseeing the delivery of online language and training services using Lingua Learn’s platforms and materials. The partner will coordinate with the Global Franchise Support Team on HR, sales, and academic processes, ensure high service quality, and adapt offerings to local market needs. Additional activities include monitoring performance metrics, contributing to regional growth strategies, and supervising any local staff or contractors as the franchise expands.
