LEA Business Consulting, on behalf of its client, is looking for a motivated Business Analyst (Finance Profile)

We are looking for passionate candidates excited about innovation and looking to expand their skills through a career in ERP consulting and information technology.

What will you do: Meanwhile having a background in informatics or business informatics you will become an expert in Odoo ERP and lead our clients in analysis, consultancy, implementation and training.

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help customers with the use of Odoo Business Apps
• Solve functional problems by investigating
• Collaborate with Projects Leaders
• Work on Implementation Projects from A to Z
• Configure Workflows & Data Import
• Train Clients on Odoo Apps

2. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, or Business Informatics
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant or Finance Specialist
• Strong written and spoken Albanian and English

Nice to have

• Any other experience with ERP or Accounting Software
• Good knowledge of business processes

3. TECHNICAL SKILLS (HARD SKILLS)

• Technical knowledge (XML, Python, JS)

4. SOFT SKILLS

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Patience and pedagogical clarity — they train clients unfamiliar with Odoo
• Ability to simplify technical/financial concepts for non-specialists
• Precision and accuracy (configuration errors in finance carry real costs)
• Managing client expectations during implementation
• Teamwork with Project Leaders
• Adaptability — every client's process is a bit different
