Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about transforming ideas into visually compelling 3D concepts and realistic renderings for events, retail activations, exhibitions, experiential marketing, and branded environments.

This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate closely with creative, production, and account management teams to deliver innovative solutions from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D concepts and visualizations for events, exhibitions, retail displays, pop-up experiences, and brand activations.
• Produce photorealistic renderings that accurately communicate design intent.
• Create spatial layouts, stage designs, booths, installations, and custom fabrication concepts.
• Interpret creative briefs and transform them into engaging 3D presentations.
• Prepare technical drawings and production-ready files when required.
• Work closely with the Production team to ensure designs are feasible, functional, and within budget.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Graphic Designers, and Account Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Revise designs based on client and internal feedback while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, technologies, and design techniques.
• Organize project files and maintain efficient workflows.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in 3D design, preferably within an advertising agency, event agency, exhibition company, or production house.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating event, retail, exhibition, or experiential design projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, 3D Design, or a related field. (considered an advantage)

Technical Skills

Proficiency in one or more of the following:

• BLENDER (considered an advantage)
• 3ds Max
• Cinema 4D
• SketchUp
• Rhino (preferred)
• AutoCAD
• Adobe Creative Applications

Competencies

• Strong creative thinking and visualization skills.
• Excellent understanding of scale, space, proportion, and materials.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
