Transportation services are provided in partnership with AVIS Rent a Car Albania and Budget Albania, following AVIS International standards and EU transportation procedures.

Role Description

The Reservations Ticketing Agent is a full-time, on-site position based in Tirana. This role is responsible for handling reservations and ticketing for individual and group travel, including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation services.

The agent will respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate travel information, and ensure bookings are processed efficiently and correctly in the reservation systems.

Day-to-day activities include managing booking changes or cancellations, issuing and reissuing tickets, coordinating with partners and suppliers, and ensuring all travel documents meet company and regulatory standards.

The role also involves maintaining detailed records, supporting sales initiatives, and delivering professional, courteous service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, partners, and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Reservations and Ticketing operations, including managing bookings, modifications, and travel documentation.
• Knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry practices, preferably with experience in destination management or inbound tourism.
• Sales and relationship-building skills to support upselling of services and promotion of travel packages.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Tirana, maintain reliability in a full-time schedule, and collaborate in a team environment.
• Comfort using reservation systems and general office software; experience with GDS or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Relevant education or training in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field; prior experience in a reservations or ticketing role is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Albanian; additional languages in the Balkan region are a plus.
