Role Description
The Senior Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana, responsible for leading architectural design across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. This role involves developing concept designs, detailed drawings, and technical documentation, as well as coordinating with engineering, construction, and project management teams to ensure design intent is executed on site. The Senior Architect will participate in client meetings, present design proposals, incorporate feedback, and ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing project plans, overseeing design revisions, guiding junior architects and designers, and monitoring progress to maintain quality, timelines, and budget. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver projects that meet Kron Construction’s standards for innovation, functionality, and aesthetic quality.
