We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal and Administrative Assistant to support our legal, procurement, and administrative functions. This role is central to ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and smooth day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and comfortable coordinating with internal departments, external counsel, and institutional partners.
Key Skills:
- Legal & Administrative Support – solid understanding of legal and administrative procedures, with the ability to assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing corporate and contractual documentation
- Document Management – strong ability to maintain accurate records, filing systems, and archives, keeping documentation complete, up to date, and audit-ready
- Communication & Coordination – skilled at liaising with internal departments, external counsel, vendors, and institutional bodies for timely, accurate exchange of information
- Organizational Precision – able to manage multiple administrative and legal support tasks at once, meeting deadlines with accuracy and confidentiality
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the legal and procurement departments in daily activities
- Draft, format, proofread, and file legal, contractual, and corporate documents under the guidance of the legal team
- Maintain and update the company's document archive, contract registry, and compliance records
- Assist in preparing, collecting, and organizing documentation for procurement procedures, tenders, and contract signature
- Schedule and track deadlines related to contracts, permits, licenses, and regulatory filings
- Act as a point of contact for basic inquiries from internal departments, clients, and institutional partners on administrative and documentation matters
- Assist in preparing correspondence, meeting minutes, and internal reports
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive legal and corporate information
- Support the team in maintaining compliance with applicable laws, institutional frameworks, and internal company policies
Qualifications:
- Degree in Law, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a legal, administrative, or procurement support role
- Experience in ICT companies or with public institutions is an asset
- Excellent knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, document management tools)
- Discreet, reliable, and comfortable handling confidential information
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
