Role Description
The Accountant role at Kosova Labs is a full-time, on-site position based in Kosovo. The individual in this role will manage day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, preparing journal entries, and maintaining general ledger accounts. Responsibilities include reconciling bank statements, assisting with month-end and year-end closing, and preparing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. The Accountant will support budgeting and forecasting processes, monitor expenses, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, local regulations, and internal policies. This role also involves collaborating with other departments, responding to audit requests, and helping to improve financial controls and procedures.
