Description
Our expanding team is seeking motivated professionals to work as English-speaking Customer Support Operators!
The role is based in the office in Tirana, Albania.
This is a full-time position.
Required qualifications:
- English proficiency at B2-C1 level.
- Excellent ability to communicate and interact with others.
- Sound knowledge of PC operation and basic computer applications.
- The ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Efficiency in switching between and using multiple systems and applications.
- Strong abilities in solving problems and handling several tasks at once.
- The ability to collaborate with a team and achieve performance targets.
- Prior customer support experience is an added advantage.
