Product Manager – Network & Security

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pristina for a Product Manager in Network and Security. The person in this role will oversee and grow the portfolio of network and security products, handle relationships with vendors, supervise the product lifecycle, and define pricing approaches. The position also includes reviewing market developments, identifying customer demands, and building go-to-market plans together with sales, technical, and marketing teams. Regular duties involve working closely with vendors and partners, delivering product training and internal support, drafting product-related documentation and presentations, and tracking results against targets. In addition, the role includes assisting key clients with solution design guidance, keeping product expertise at a high level, and making sure network and security offerings stay competitive and consistent with industry standards and local market needs.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in networking and security technologies and solutions is required, preferably with experience involving brands such as Cisco and Check Point.
• Previous experience in product management, product ownership, or technical pre-sales in IT is required, together with abilities in market analysis, product positioning, and portfolio management.
• The candidate should be able to cooperate efficiently with sales, technical, and marketing teams and explain complex technical concepts in language that is clear and easy to understand.
• Good organizational and analytical abilities are needed, along with proficiency in common office and productivity tools used for reporting, forecasting, and documentation.
• A Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required; relevant industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCSA, CCSE, or other security certifications are considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English and local languages is required, supported by strong written and verbal communication abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
• The candidate must be able to work on-site in Pristina, manage several priorities at the same time, and demonstrate professionalism and integrity in interactions with partners and clients.
