Job Summary
We need a senior, independent revenue operations leader who can own the go-to-market operating system end to end across sales, customer success, and marketing. This is a player-coach role. You will build and run the systems yourself, set the standard for data quality, and give leadership a reliable view of pipeline, retention, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM administration and architecture: HubSpot objects, properties, pipelines, permissions, and integrations
- Sales ops: lead routing, pipeline stages, forecasting inputs, quota and territory data, deal hygiene
- CS ops: onboarding and renewal workflows, health scoring inputs, expansion triggers, ticket pipeline reporting
- Marketing ops: lead lifecycle, scoring, attribution, campaign tracking, and handoffs between marketing and sales
- Workflow automation: HubSpot workflows with documented logic and clear ownership
- Property and data health: audits, naming conventions, deduplication, field governance, and a regular health review cadence
- Measurement: KPI definitions, dashboards, funnel and cohort reporting, and board-ready metrics
- Standing HubSpot projects: scoped, sequenced, and delivered with minimal oversight
- AI-enabled GTM operations: using AI and enrichment tooling to automate research, data enrichment, routing, and reporting
