We are seeking an ICT Engineer – CPE Team to become part of the Technical Operations & Maintenance team.
In this position, you will deliver second-level technical assistance for residential and business clients, identify and fix CPE and connectivity problems, and collaborate with internal departments and subcontractors to maintain quick and dependable service.

What you’ll do
- Diagnose issues affecting routers, ONTs, switches, Wi-Fi, and other CPE equipment.
- Carry out remote checks and address service and connectivity problems.
- Organize technical interventions together with field teams and subcontractors.
- Track service quality along with SLA and KPI results.
- Assist with service recovery and escalation processes.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a similar discipline.
- Solid understanding of networking, IP, routing, switching, and Wi-Fi.
- Practical experience working with CPE equipment and technical problem-solving.
- Strong communication abilities and capacity to work well in a team.
- Readiness to perform field work whenever necessary.
It’s a plus if you have
- CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or a comparable certification.
- Background in telecommunications or ISP settings.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
Working Conditions
- A mix of office-based duties and field work.
- On-call duty may be needed, with extra compensation for on-call engagement.
