HR Studio is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Brand Manager to join our client's team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market positioning.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Ensure brand consistency in all communication and promotional materials.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and external partners to achieve business objectives.
• Manage product launches and support new business initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing.
• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing and branding principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of marketing tools is considered an advantage.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Italian is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
