Hotel Splendor is hiring an In-House Economist

Hotel Splendor, part of Splendor Group, is looking for an experienced in-house economist to manage the group's finances across our hotel, bar and restaurant operations, as well as our construction projects.

What we are looking for:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• At least 3 years of experience in the hospitality sector (hotel, bar/club, restaurant) and in construction
• Very good knowledge of Albanian tax legislation and accounting standards
• Experience with financial software and Excel
• Accuracy, integrity and the ability to work independently

Main responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping and preparation of tax declarations
• Managing cash, bank, supplier accounts and inventory
• Cost control for the bar, restaurant and construction sites
• Payroll and monthly reporting to management
