In your day-to-day, you'll shape and execute sales strategy across group, business transient, leisure transient, and catering segments, drive revenue performance and profitability, and lead business reviews and long-range commercial planning. You'll collaborate with revenue and marketing leaders to ensure commercial alignment, foster relationships with Hilton Worldwide Sales, CVBs, and key clients, and use data to maintain competitive positioning. You'll also recruit and grow a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
- Shape and execute sales strategy: develop and implement revenue-driving sales strategies across group, business transient, leisure transient, and catering segments, aligned with the hotel's commercial goals
- Drive revenue performance and profitability by optimizing pricing, improving business mix, and guiding forecasting accuracy
- Lead business reviews and planning: facilitate regular strategy and performance meetings and contribute to long-range commercial planning
- Ensure commercial alignment: collaborate with revenue and marketing leaders on pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies
- Foster stakeholder relationships with Hilton Worldwide Sales, Convention and Visitors Bureaus (CVBs), third-party travel partners, and key clients
