Herensys is a BPO company present in 12 countries.
We’re looking in Albania & Kosovo for a 6-month Backend Engineer to help design and build scalable backend services that power our clients' core platforms. You’ll work closely with frontend engineers, product owners, and platform teams to deliver secure, high-performance APIs used by enterprise and financial clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Design and implement RESTful APIs supporting enterprise-grade products
- Work with databases to model, persist, and retrieve critical business data
- Implement security, authentication, and access control mechanisms
- Contribute to system reliability, performance, and observability
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Solid understanding of databases and data modelling
- Experience with testing (unit and integration)
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, product-focused teams
Nice to Have
- Exposure to financial systems, payments, or blockchain technologies
- Experience with distributed or event-driven systems
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) or cloud platforms
