Role Overview

We seek a service-oriented Reservations & Guest Services Agent who will handle guest questions, reservations, changes and cancellations, while delivering correct details and an excellent level of service.

This position brings together hospitality expertise and customer support, with scope to help convert bookings and promote additional services.

Detyrat

What Does Day-to-Day Look Like?

• Respond to telephone and written guest enquiries in a professional, timely manner.
• Process bookings, modifications and cancellations.
• Guide guests regarding rooms, packages, amenities, policies and available services.
• Suggest appropriate choices and recognise relevant opportunities for upselling.
• Address enquiries and refer complex or sensitive issues when necessary.
• Keep reservation details, guest files and notes accurate.
• Coordinate with hotels and internal colleagues to support seamless service.
• Rely on the Limited Edition knowledge base to give correct information.

Requirements

• Prior background in customer service, reservations, hospitality or a comparable position.
• Outstanding spoken and written communication abilities.
• Careful attention to detail along with strong organisational capabilities.
• A confident, professional mindset centred on the customer.
• Capacity to manage several tasks and perform well in a fast-moving setting.
• Solid computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar systems.
• Fluent English; other language skills are beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in hotel reservations, travel or luxury hospitality.
• Familiarity with CRM or reservation platforms.
• Earlier experience in sales, upselling or converting bookings.
