We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Trade Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of trade marketing activities within Albania.

Trade Marketing Planning

• Develop and propose annual Trade Marketing plans aligned with brand strategies, business objectives, and market KPIs.
• Collaborate with Category Managers to ensure effective market planning.

Campaign Execution

• Lead the implementation of trade marketing activities, including:
• In-store promotions
• BTL campaigns
• Events and activations
• Sponsorships
• POSM management
• Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution across all markets.

Market Analysis & Insights

• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Analyze performance data and recommend actions to improve brand performance and sales results.

Brand Visibility & Standards

• Ensure all marketing materials and activities reflect brand guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Monitor product and promotional visibility in the market.

Team Leadership & Development

• Support the development and performance management of Trade Marketing team members.
• Establish objectives and KPIs and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Budget Management

• Plan, manage, and control Trade Marketing budgets.
• Ensure spending is aligned with company procedures and approved plans.

Contractor & Agency Management

• Collaborate closely with the Procurement Department in the selection, evaluation, and management of external suppliers, agencies, and service providers.
• Ensure that procurement processes for trade marketing activities are conducted in line with company policies, budgets, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Commercial roles, preferably within FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of category management, consumer promotions, and market analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English
