Core responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Reach out to prospective clients through cold calls and presentations, develop relationships, and secure new business opportunities
• Discuss and agree service terms with key decision-makers
• Oversee existing client accounts and expand them further

Candidate Sourcing:

• Identify and approach high-level talent within your assigned niche and territory
• Develop a network of both passive and active candidates
• Apply market knowledge to establish yourself as a trusted specialist in your area

Process Management:

• Handle the full recruitment deal cycle, from first introduction through to final offer
• Coordinate interview feedback between the client and the candidate
• Negotiate terms and bring offers to completion
