Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional assistance to German-speaking customers through email, chat, and phone.
Address customer questions and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Uphold strong customer satisfaction and high service standards.
Record customer communications accurately while adhering to internal procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams so customer requests are resolved on time.
Create and sustain positive client relationships through clear, effective communication.

Candidate Profile

Mandatory German proficiency at C1 level or above.
Prior Customer Support or Customer Service experience is essential.
Strong English communication skills.
Well-developed interpersonal and communication capabilities.
Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
