Are you passionate about creating content that captures attention and drives engagement? We're looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms. 
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos. 
• Plan and manage content calendars. 
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and social media copy. 
• Monitor trends and identify opportunities for viral and high-performing content. 
• Manage community engagement and respond to comments and messages. 
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights. 
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to support business objectives. 

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Content Creation and Social Media Management. 
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms. 
• Experience using content creation and scheduling tools. 
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. 
• Ability to create and edit short-form video content. 
• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking. 
• Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
• Creative mindset with an eye for trends and branding. 

Nice to Have

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools. 
• Knowledge of paid social media campaigns. 
• Experience working with B2B, SaaS, fitness, tech brands. 
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
