Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Office operational coordinator to join our team. This person will play a vital supporting role in the daily operations of our office and assist our Study Abroad Counsellors and management team in ensuring a smooth and productive workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist study abroad counsellors with administrative and coordination tasks.
• Follow up on incoming leads and support the scheduling of meetings with senior counsellors.
• Maintain regular communication with partner high schools in Albania regarding joint activities (presentations, competitions, fairs, etc.).
• Support in organizing and coordinating events, school visits, and marketing campaigns.
• Help with general office management tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, scheduling, and data entry.
• Maintain updated records of student inquiries and school engagement.
• Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and school representatives.

Requirements:

• University degree (completed or in progress) – preferably in business, marketing, communication, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive and social media platforms.
• English proficiency (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing or administrative setting is an advantage.
